Through our Job Employment Resource Center, we equip individuals with the tools to re-enter the workforce—offering resume building, interview coaching, and ongoing job support. Our growing social enterprise provides hands-on experience in lawn care, concrete work, and handyman services—real jobs that teach real skills and open doors to lasting employment, financial independence, and pride in a job well done.

How We Started
New Road Foundation was established to inspire individuals to achieve freedom from active drug and alcohol disorders, through practicing the 12 step modality. We dedicate ourselves to providing rehabilitation services in the Antelope Valley. By doing so, we meet the psychological, emotional, and educational needs of those who suffer from active addiction.
